Strikeforce Challengers 11 Main Card Results
Strikeforce held another challengers event tonight in a familiar place for them of Fresno, California. The promotion has been to Fresno several times, most recently for a challenger’s event back in March 26.
Touted as were tomorrow stars fight, Strikeforce challengers are kind of the minor leagues for the Strikeforce. The announcers even made several references which fighter would be next to move up to the “big show”.
The main card shown live on Showtime consisting of five fights and was headlined by the rematch between Roger Bowling and Bobby Voelker. Also on the card were hometown fighters Lavar Johnson and billy Evangelista.

265 lbs.: Brandon Cash vs. John Devine – Devine by 1st rd. Submission (Rear Naked Choke)
145 lbs.: Shana Olsen vs. Julia Budd – Budd by 2nd rd. TKO
165 lbs.: Billy Evangelista vs. Waachiim Spiritwolf – Evanelista by Unanimous Decision
265 lbs.: Lavar Johnson vs. Virgil Zwicker – Johnson by 1st rd. KO
170 lbs.: Roger Bowling vs. Bobby Voelker – Voelker by 2nd rd. TKO
