The Ultimate Fighter: Team Bisping vs. Team Miller began production today in Las Vegas, Nevada, marking the 14th season for the popular reality series. Middleweights Michael Bisping and Jason “Mayhem” Miller will serve as coaches and the two will headline the show’s live finale in Las Vegas in December, with the show premiering in September.

It’s only the second time the coaches have fought during the finale, the other being at the TUF 5 finale when coaches Jens Pulver and BJ Penn fought in the main event.

This new season will feature two new weight classes for the long running series as 16 featherweight and 16 bantamweight fighters will be competing. Both divisions came over from the WEC via the Merger on January 1st 2011 and are still new to the UFC.

Returning this season after being absent for season 13 will be the preliminary bouts that fighter’s must win to actually make it into the house. Leaving this season though will be the wild card spot, which had been a late addition to the series and was introduced in season 11.

Featuring the two weight classes for the very first time and two talkative coaches should assure the 14th season will be one of the best to date.

My brain child is MMAValor, something I had wanted to do for a long time and finally it’s here. Been an MMA fan since TUF season one (play catch up all the time) and the obsession started to grow like a weed and as the sport grows so does the love for the sport. I’m a jack of all trades, a very organized person that rides an emotional roller coaster daily.
