All but one of the 22 fights on the UFC on FUEL TV 5 card made weight today in Nottingham, England. The lone fight was welterweight DaMarques Johnson who took the fight on short notice and was unable to make the agreed upon weight of 175 pounds.
After holding their first event in six weeks this past Saturday the UFC is back again this Saturday with the UFC on FUEL TV 5 card from Nottingham, England. Thankfully the main card will air live here in the states on FX starting at 1pm PT / 4pm ET, with the complete preliminary card streaming live on Facebook.
This Saturday the UFC is rolling into Nottingham England and bringing a solid card of local favorites and some surprisingly competitive match-making across the board at UFC on Fuel TV: Struve vs. Miocic. In this new segment, I’m going to be taking an in-depth look at the more interesting bouts of the evening so you can get a sneak peek of how these bouts should play out.
We’re back for yet another week of Ultimate Fighter action and good fun. This episode kicks off with the different groups in the house being highlighted, which was pretty accurate. I don’t really enjoy playing cards but at this point I was taking what I could get for entertainment.
This week start the semifinals round with a shot in the finale on the line. Tonight’s episode is another example of reality TV exposing an individual for what they truly are, a bully.
This week episode covers the finale quarterfinal fight between bantamweights TJ Dillashaw and Roland Delorme. That will leave us the remaining four featherweight and four bantamweights, which by the end of the show Dana White reveals the semifinal match ups.
Episode 6 picks up after the decision is announced from Akira and Dustin’s fight and there’s more heated words and disrespect between the teams but hey, it is a competition. This fight was a tough one for me because Akira was my teammate and “Beast” Neace and I were bunk mates and progressively becoming better friends despite his messy ways.
Episode 5 kicked off with Diego having another Diego moment, him having some words with Siler about their upcoming fight. Over the last few weeks I’ve seen a lot of people bad mouthing Diego for his behavior thru the first few episodes so I wanted to come on and say give the kid a break, you all have no idea.

Last night the fighters for tonight’s Bellator 100 stepped onto the scales with all 24 fighters making weight. The historic 100th event for Bellator takes places tonight from the Grand Canyon University Arena in Phoenix, Arizona and features an all welterweight main card on Spike TV.

Due to a previously scheduled Arena Football game at the HP Pavilion, today’s UFC on FOX 7 weigh-ins were held less than a mile away at the California Theater. The small theater was completely filled with cheering fans and all the fighters they came to see made weight.
The Ultimate Fighter 16 Finale Weigh-in Pictures
Amidst everything else going on, the UFC has themselves a busy day today with the UFC on FX 6 taking place in Australia and The Ultimate Fighter 16 finale weigh-ins. All 24 fighters made weight today for tomorrow’s event that will crown The Ultimate Fighter 16 welterweight winner.
