The Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City will be the setting for the two most important middleweight clashes of the weekend as the Season 5 Bellator Middleweight Semi-Finals are here. With no competition from the UFC this weekend Bellator 54 is the big show Saturday Night.
Following the welterweights kicking the Bellator season five off last week, it’s the middleweights turn to shine at Bellator 50. Eight men enter the Bellator cage for the quarterfinal round of the promotions third middleweight tournament. The tournament field includes three of the four fighters who participated in the past season tournament finals.

This past weekend the smaller MMA Promotions took center stage, while the big boys prepare for events later this month. Along with the Rogue Warriors event held in California, Ultimate Cage Battles held an event in Ohio.
