Before the event even started it was Alexander Gustfsson and the fans who were the big losers. The Swede suffered a cut above his eye and was unable to headline the fight card in Stockholm, Sweden. Luckily for the hometown fans in attendance another Swede stepped in to face Gegard Mousasi in the main event.
