Jason David Frank wins & calls out Jean Claude Van Damme

Friday night the former power ranger moved his MMA record to 2-0 by defeating Chris Rose at Lonestar Beatdown: Dallas. Frank looked more comfortable inside that cage in his second professional fight. He relied heavily on his muay thai skills to punish Rose with knees throughout the short fight. Frank Knocked down Rose minutes into the first with a flurry of punches and kicks. Frank moved in for some ground and pound and the ref had to step in and end the fight.

During his in ring post fight interview Frank was asked about his open challenge to his childhood here Jean Claude Van Damme. Yes, the action movie star from the late 80’s and early 90’s Jean Claude Van Damme. You might ask why but there is a reason but the funny thing is it was 15 years ago. The story goes that during the movie premiere of Frank’s movie, “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie” Van Damme went all Hollywood on Frank blowing him off. Frank told TMZ.comhe’ll fight Van Damme “anytime, anyplace, anywhere” — and “if [Van Damme's] too scared to come into the Octagon, I’ll even take him on in a kickboxing match.”

Van Damme is looking to make his debut in the fighting ring. So Frank is taking this as a good opportunity to challenge him to a fight, but will he accept. Do anyone really want to see this fight?
