Paul Buentello vs. Cole Konrad off Bellator 42 Card

Just days before his scheduled bout with the Bellator heavyweight champion Cole Konrad, Paul Buentello was forced to withdraw from the non-title bout. Citing a back injury as the reason for withdrawing from Bellator 42, Buentello (29-13) and Konrad (7-0) will meet at a later date.
Buentello had fought for promotions like the UFC and Strikeforce, was to be making his Bellator debut on Saturday. Konrad was going to be making his first trip back into the Bellator cage since winner last seasons inaugural heavyweight tournament to become the promotions first ever heavyweight champion.
According to MMAJunkie.com a featherweight bout between Ronnie Mann (18-2-1) and Josh Arocho (13-9) has been added to the nights MTV2 broadcast. These two were originally schedule to fight at Bellator 40 but the fight was delayed when Mann had visa issues.
Bellator 42 takes place from the Lucky Star Casino in Concho, Oklahoma and along with the added bout between Mann and Arocho the main card will include the two semifinal bouts in the light heavyweight tournament.
