Brian Ebersole Looks to Build his UFC Spotlight

Rocker of the UFC’s most original “Harrow” and veteran of 65 fights, Brian Ebersole looks to continue his winning ways June 22nd on the UFC on FX 4 card. Ebersole will be going for his 11th straight victory when he meets submission savvy TJ Waldburger on the night’s main card. Waldburger has also strung together some quality wins himself and looks to build his worth when he clashes against the wild and always dangerous Ebersole next week.

Brian Ebersole (49-14-1, 1nc) has some of the most unorthodox strikes in MMA but has proven to be dangerous from any place in the cage. As a heavy underdog to Chris Lytle, Ebersole turned the whole fight around with one huge knee and won via dominant decision. The debut win earned him the “Fight of the Night” honors and he has since defeated fellow veteran Dennis Hallman and most recently, Claude Patrick.

TJ Waldburger

Waldburger (15-6) is more of the a game planner in fights and has proven to be very dangerous off of his back, having 12 career submission victories. This might be a stretch though when you look at Ebersole’s wrestling background and his lengthy list of fights. Ebersole should also have the power striking advantage going into this fight that should leave him as the early favorite in the fight. Waldburger has won two in a row though and is 3-1 overall inside the Octagon.

No matter who comes into this fight as the favorite though, both will be looking to make a name off the other with a big win on free TV.

Ebersole is one of those fighters you don’t want to miss, from all the crazy moves that can happen in his fight to what the heck is going to be on his chest, you just don’t know. So watch out for those rolling spin kicks and cartwheels because here come Brian Ebersole.
