Lynn misses weight at MFC 34, title shot off

The Maximum Fighting Championship had three fighters miss weight for Friday’s MFC 34: Total Recall event, including Adam Lynn who was scheduled to Mukai Maromo for the vacant MFC lightweight title. The fight will still take place but has now been reduced to a three-round, non-title fight.

The MFC 34 co-main event also saw a fighter miss weight when Luke Harris tipped the scales at 187 pounds for his middleweight bout with Joseph Henle. The winner of this middleweight bout will face off against the winner of the Elvis Mutapcic vs. Jacen Flynn bout for the MFC middleweight title later this year. Both Mutapcic and Flynn made weight and will also fight on the MFC 34 main card.

Finally, the catchweight of 190 pounds was high enough for Cody Krahn who weighed in at 194.4 for his bout against Jason Zentgraf. All the other 15 fighters would make-weight.
