After last week’s premiere of Fight Master: Bellator MMA, five fighters have advanced and chosen who they want as coach and tonight six more will get their opportunity. Each of the four coaches has at least one fighter heading into tonight’s episode, with Shamrock MMA being the only team with two fighters.
The field of 32 for Spike TV’s “Fight Master: Bellator MMA”, which is set to premiere on June 19th, is now official. Spike TV’s return to the MMA Reality series genre will bring 32 welterweights together under the guidance of coaches Randy Couture, Greg Jackson, Frank Shamrock, and Joe Warren for a spot in a Bellator MMA Tournament and $100,000.

Last night the fighters for tonight’s Bellator 100 stepped onto the scales with all 24 fighters making weight. The historic 100th event for Bellator takes places tonight from the Grand Canyon University Arena in Phoenix, Arizona and features an all welterweight main card on Spike TV.

Due to a previously scheduled Arena Football game at the HP Pavilion, today’s UFC on FOX 7 weigh-ins were held less than a mile away at the California Theater. The small theater was completely filled with cheering fans and all the fighters they came to see made weight.
