Last week’s Ultimate Fighter 17 debut saw 14 fighters, including Zak Cummings survive the elimination round to make it into the house. Cummings fought in the episodes second fight and scored the fastest finish of the night with a 7 second TKO against Nik Fekete. With that said, we are VERY lucky to announce that Zak Cummings will be writing a weekly TUF 17 blog right here throughout the season.

With women’s MMA set to make its Octagon debut next month, it’s no surprise that fighters have their sights set on the newly crowned bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey. Cat Zingano on the other hand is taking a slightly different approach on her path to the champ. Zingano wants the former Strikeforce bantamweight champion Meisha Tate who lost her title to Rousey.

This past week the Anchor Bay movie called Maximum Conviction hit store shelves starring Action legend Steven Seagal, former WWE star Steven Austin and Bren Foster. Bellator fighter Rich "Rare Breed" Hale (19-4-1, 4-1 Bellator) normally fights at light heavyweight, but at tomorrow's Bellator 75 he will step up and fight in the season seven Bellator heavyweight tournament. Hale will face former TUF: The Heavies competitor Mike Wessel in the opening round and as he readies for today's weigh-in today, Rich took some time to have a six-pack on ICE.

In this installment of 6 pack on ICE we take a hard look into the life of former TUF 11 competitor Joseph Henle, properly nicknamed "Leonidas". After winning his Maximum Fighting Championship debut against Luke Harris on August 10th, Joseph Henle was awarded a middleweight title fight versus Elvis “The King” Mutapcic at MFC 35 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on October, 26th.
