Following the conclusion of UFC 123, Dana White wasted little time in announcing two matchups for the UFC 127 Australian card. Now scheduled for the main event is UFC 123 KO of the Night winner, BJ Penn against Jon Fitch and Fight of the Night winner George Sotiropoulous against Dennis Siver will grace the main portion of the card.
Before UFC 122 even started, it was already been brushed off in favor of UFC 123 next weekend. More tragedy struck the morning of the fight as co-main event fighter, Alessio Sakara was forced out of the fight due to some flu-like symptoms.
This Saturday, November 13th, Spike TV is going to be broadcasting UFC 122 via tape delay from the König Pilsener Arena in Oberhausen, Germany. UFC 122 will be the second event held in Germany; the last being UFC 99.
