MFC 34: Total Recall took place Friday night in Edmonton, Alberta at the Mayfield Trade Centre, and all of the main card fights aired live on AXS TV. The main event was a rematch between Mukai Maromo and Adam Lynn and it was supposed to be a 5 round title fight for the vacant lightweight belt. That all went out the window when Maromo missed weight and the fight was changed to a 3 round scrap.

This fight card while not the most staked on paper, usually turns out to have very great fights that are free to the fans. The UFC is one of the few major sports organizations that host events that mainly benefit suffering soldiers and veterans, and it makes veterans and a MMA fan very proud to see.
