The 14th season of The Ultimate Fighter ends tonight with the final two semifinal bouts in the first season to feature bantamweights and featherweights. For only the second time in series history the coaches will square off at the finale this Saturday alongside their fighters.

UFC 133 Injury Bug Bites Again, Gets Nogueira
Earlier this week, Phil Davis injured his knee and was forced out of the main event at UFC 133 in Philadelphia, PA on August 8th. Tito Ortiz stepped in and took that fight to save the main event. Now, the co main event has been stricken as Antonio Rogerio Nogueira has been forced off the card with an undisclosed injury.

Phil Davis is out of UFC 133 with a knee injury, this according to MMA Fighting who broke the story. At this point, it is unclear as to how this will affect Rashad Evans, but it won’t be easy to find a suitable replacement on some three weeks notice. Tito Ortiz just fought and wasn’t injured, perhaps he’d like a shot to redeem himself against Evans. Not to beat a dead horse, but this could also open the way for a fight between Champion Jon Jones and number one contender Rashad Evans at UFC 134.
