A duel title bout made for an important night at WSOF 9 for the promotion. While the card suffered in terms of pacing on the prelims, the main card was fairly solid all around, showing the best of what WSOF offers.

One and a half tournament finals were set and a title stayed affixed to a dominant champion’s waist in Utah, as the curtain closed on Bellator 114. It was a great night all around, without a weak performance on the card.

It’s been awhile since WSOF held a proper event, and while the star power isn’t here, the WSOF 9 fights should prove to be competitive and entertaining. The WSOF 9 main event features a surprising champion in Steve Carl facing a well-known crippler in Rousimar Palhares.

Bellator goes high altitude for a title fight, as well as the semi-finals of their Featherweight and Middleweight tournaments at Bellator 114. While this is going down in Utah, the vibe is decidedly New England, with Brennan Ward, contesting for the Middleweight strap, and Desmond Green and Matt Bessette fighting on opposite sides of the Featherweight bracket.

Last night’s UFC Fight Night 38 was a very bizarre night of fights in bestaucasinosonline Brazil. Nearly every underdog took home the win while points were being deducted against non-Brazilian’s left and right. With an arena that doesn’t have air conditioning; the fights inside the cage were horrifically exhausting, making for some awful performances, sprinkled with spectacular finishes.
