This is a guy who held a place on many folks Top 10 Pound 4 Pound List after his 2nd straight victory of Urijah Faber back in the Summer of 2009. Brown has since dropped one too many fights being pushed out of the Top 10 Featherweight Rankings and looking to save his job against Nam Phan on the Nights undercard.
