While most of you were at work today the fighters for tomorrow’s UFC on FUEL TV 9 hit the scales today on Stockholm, Sweden. All 26 fighters made weight without issue this morning and are set to step into the Octagon tomorrow morning.

The last few days have been spent figuring out figuring out who would be in this Saturday’s UFC on FUEL TV 9 main event. A cut to the face of the hometown fighter Alexander Gustafsson forced a very late opponent change for Gegard Mousasi. Instead of a five round main event against a top five light heavyweight in Gustafsson, Mousasi now faces the unknown Llir Latifi in a three round bout.

It's always nice to see a big promotion test the Northern European waters, and with all the talent pouring out of the tundra and fjords, it's no wonder UFC on FUEL TV 9 is stacked. Our main event features none other than Sweden's fighting pride, Alexander Gustafsson, as he'll look to take one step closer to a title shot. His opponent is the often underestimated and always dangerous Gegard Mousasi, who comes into this fight as one of the last Strikeforce transplants, and a former title holder in that promotion.

The UFC welterweight champion returns to action this weekend as Canada’s Georges St-Pierre looks to unify the belts at UFC 154 in Montreal. Also looking to unify the belt will be the interim welterweight champion Carlos Condit who defeated Nick Diaz way back in February by unanimous decision. St-Pierre has been out since April of last year after injuring his knee late last year that required surgery.
