With all the complaining about Saturdays UFC 147 let’s not forget about Friday’s UFC on FX 4: Maynard vs. Guida from the Revel Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Coming off last month’s UFC on FOX event, it’s the promotions second trip to the state of New Jersey in less than two months.
If the stars align and or people can add, Tomorrows UFC on FX: Johnson vs. McCall will finally set up the promotions first ever flyweight championship fight. The two fighters that ushered the flyweights into the UFC will now be the first 125 pound fighters to headline a UFC card as Demetrious Johnson and Ian McCall look to earn a title shot against Joseph Benavidez.
TUF Live brought a new format with 16 new fighters but in the end there is that same outcome, someone is going to be crowned the next Ultimate Fighter. After last week’s final TUF Live episode that saw the two semifinals bouts we have reached the TUF Live Finale, happening this Friday from The Pearl at the Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada.
An all heavyweight main card, now that’s just insane, right? Well contrary to those beliefs, the UFC has put together a main card featuring 10 heavyweights, including a title fight in the main event. The card has seen major changes up and down, including every single main card bout, but through all the changes UFC 146 is still a top-notch card.

Josh Barnett and Daniel Cormier will square off in the night’s main event to crown a Strikeforce grand prix champion in what is likely the promotions the second to last heavyweight bout.
It’s that time of the week again and no I’m not just talking about the weekend. It’s fight day! This week Bellator presents Bellator 67 from Casino Rama in Rama, Ontario. With four cards to go until the season six finale, Bellator seems to be putting on better and better fight cards as the weeks go by.
Still working out what will work best on network TV the UFC returns to FOX this Saturday with the UFC on FOX 3 from East Rutherford, New Jersey. The third installment on FOX has four main card bouts that should have a little bit of everything to showcase the sport and the UFC to new and old fans watching on network television.
UFC 145 is the first UFC Pay-Per-View in nearly two months and takes place from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Headlining the night is the highly anticipated light heavyweight title fight between former team mates Jon Jones and Rashad Evans. There is no love lost between these two and the war of words is nearly over.

SAN JOSE, Cal. – Still recovering from Saturday’s UFC 148, MMAValor.com was inside the HP Pavilion for today’s UFC on FUEL TV 4 weigh-ins. A few of the fighters would need to step onto the scale behind a towel but all 22 fighters on the UFC on FUEL TV 4 fight card made weight.
