UFC 113 Predictions
This Saturday the UFC returns to Canada with another really good card including a light Heavyweight title fight. The title fight is a rematch between the champ Lyoto Machida and the challenger Mauricio Rua of their 5 round controversial decision in the champs favor at UFC 104. The fight was very close and really only marginally controversial due to how close the fight really was, many thought Rua won the fight including Dana White. The two get their chance now to show who is the better fighter and the true UFC Light Heavyweight champ.
The co-main event is a Welterweight #1 contenders match between Josh Koscheck and the heavy handed Paul Daley for the chance to coach opposite of Georges St. Pierre during TUF 12 plus fight for the belt at the season conclusion. Also on the main card is Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson as he continues his transformation from street brawler to actual MMA fighter when he takes on fellow brawler on TUF 10 alum Matt Mitrione. The main card is rounded out with a lightweight fight between Sam Stout and Jeremy Stephens and a Middleweight clash between Patrick Cote and Alan Belcher. I must also mention that the undercard has some solid name on there too with Marcus Davis, Tom Lawlor and Jason MacDonald all fighting, here are my picks:

I agree with all the above picks, except I think Daley will take out Kroscheck. Looking forward to seeing Kimbo demolish Mitrione, but sad to see Marcus Davis demoted to the undercard. He’s about as Irish as Jackie Chan, but still a great fighter.
I have all the same picks except:
Hague over Beltran
Belcher over Cote. It’ll be interesting to see if there is ring rust for Cote.
But isn’t it your job to make the money come in evenly on both sides?
All the money has been on Mitrione and Belcher, so you pick Kimbo and Cote to influence us to balance it out? Just wondering?
