Making the Cut Heavyweight to Middle Weight [Day 4]
I have decided to do this every two days to get a better more graphic picture of my losses and struggle. Today was defiantly better than day 3. During day three I felt hungry until lunch so I hoarded some top sirloin steak, man was it good! But that’s ok it’s acceptable on this diet during phase one. Today a lot of home conversations are being talked about saying if we could cheat what meal would we eat. It’s almost like torture but I know it’s worth it. Oh yeah I payed on the treadmill yesterday for my little steak extravaganza. Today I realized I might be eating too many fatty almonds/cashews so I will cut it down. I also learned that maybe I am going to shoot for fat burn on the treadmill instead of doing over 9 miles in under an hour trying to build cardio. Small tweaks hopefully I will start cutting more.
Day 3 meals
Breakfast – Egg whites (3) lean cut ham and mushrooms
Snack – 15 almonds
Lunch – probably 1 pound of top sirloin steak and chicken breast
Snack- cashews
Dinner- white chicken chili
gym – 9 miles in 1 hour with a warm up and cool down >more than 1000 calories burned

Day 4 meals
Breakfast – Egg whites (3) lean cut ham and mushrooms
Snack – 15 almonds/cheese stick
Lunch – a can of green beans and mushrooms mixed with white vinegar
Snack- white chicken chili
Dinner- lean turkey taco salad
Day 4 measurements
Body weight 213.9
Body fat % 26.2
Body muscle mass 78 pounds (gaining from gym/bag time)
Water weight 53.2%
Bone Mass 9.6 pounds
Tonight I am going to do some fat burn on the tread mill mixed in with some perfect pushups, see you in 2 days I am hoping to be in the 208-211 range.
