Jason David Frank is Letting You Pick His Next Opponent
It is the day and age of reality television, fantasy games for every major sport and people practically hard-wired into the internet. It shouldn’t come as a shock to see a Mixed Martial Arts promotion following in those footsteps and allowing the fans to play matchmaker for a day.
Legacy Fighting Championship is doing just that for their July 16th bout taking place at the Houston Arena Theater in Houston, Texas. The promotion is giving fans a great and unique opportunity to pick the next opponent for Jason David Frank when he steps into the cage for only his second professional bout.
Jason David Frank is most known for playing “Tommy Oliver” in the numerous Power Ranger series airing for the early 90’s to around 2004. Frank wasn’t just playing a martial artist on TV though; he had been training Karate since the age of four. He is currently a 7th degree black belt in Karate and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
As an Amateur in MMA Frank went 4-0 and during this time MMAValor has interviewed him on two separate occasions. After a successful professional debut against Jose Roberto Vasquez in last August, Frank has signed on to fight July 16th for the Texas-based promotion Legacy Fighting Championship. He has no idea who exactly he’ll be fighting in July other than it will be one of the five fighters listed below.
Fans can log onto www.legacyfights.tv to vote for who they’d like to see Jason David Frank fight next. The fighter with the most votes will be announced on May 14th at the Legacy Fighting Championship event scheduled for May 14th in the Arena Theater.
