Last weekend Rogue Fights was at the Win-River Casino in Redding, California for “Ultimate River Throwdown”. The 11 bout fight card featured both amateur and professional MMA action with several exciting finishes. None was more exciting than the first round one-punch knockout by amateur fighter Josh Coleman though.
Hector Sandoval (5-1), fighting for Urijah Faber’s Team Alpha Male in Sacramento, CA, won a unanimous decision over Robby Schepps of Team Quest in Redding, CA. Sandoval broke his right hand early in round one, but that didn’t stop him from dominating Schepps in strikes. The flyweights both had numerous submissions attempts, but neither could finish, so the judges decided.
Rogue Fights returns to the Win-River Casino in Redding, CA next weekend with 12 pro and amateur MMA fights. Mixed in amongst the fights will be two title fights, one in the middleweight divisions and the other in the lightweight.
Coming off a successful event on April 21st Rogue Fights returns to the Win-River Casino in Redding, California on July 28th. Rogue Fights: Freedom Fights will feature 13 amateur and professional bouts with fighters with the top gyms on the west coast. Among the stacked will be four title fights, two will be amateur and the other two pro, as well as many returning fighters from the last Rogue Fights event.
The Win-River Casino in Redding, California played host to Saturday’s (April 21st) Rogue Fights: Night of Champions. The 12 bout card saw 11 finishes that kept the full house of MMA fans thoroughly entertained.
Oregon and California Based Rogue Fights will once again head down south to the Win-River Casino in Redding, CA for their next event titled “Night of Champions”. The card will feature a mixture of amateur and professional bouts featuring local fighters from several top gyms. The card will also be co-headlined by a female pro and three of the amateur fight will be for a title.
Last Saturday, January 21st Rogue Fights returned to the Win-river casino in Redding, CA with an 11 bout Pro / Amateur fight card. In front of a sold out venue the fighters in the seven amateur and four professional bouts put on a show that included six first round stoppages with only three fights going the distance.
Building off an exciting event last May, the Northern California based Rogue Fights heads to the Win River Casino on July 16th. After holding its last event in Medford, Oregon, Rogue Fights come home to Redding, California with a nine bout fight card.
