Last friday Jason David Frank made his second MMA fight a success with a first round TKO. In a follow up to my article on his victory I talked with Frank about his recent fight and Jean Claude Van Damme. We talk about his future MMA plans, upcoming fights and what he’s doing out side of the cage. Frank is a very fan friendly guy with a following of fans that are very passionate of his power ranger days and his MMA career. Jason David Frank wins & calls out Jean Claude Van Damme

Friday night the former power ranger moved his MMA record to 2-0 by defeating Chris Rose at Lonestar Beatdown: Dallas. Frank looked more comfortable inside that cage in his second professional fight. He relied heavily on his muay thai skills to punish Rose with knees throughout the short fight. Frank Knocked down Rose minutes into the first with a flurry of punches and kicks. Frank moved in for some ground and pound and the ref had to step in and end the fight.

Power Ranger to MMA Fighter – An interview with Jason David Frank

Jason David Frank, star of the Power Rangers turn MMA fighter made his debut late last month. Frank fought January 30th for Legacy Fighting Championship’s Lone Star Beatdown against Jonathon Mack. The fight was the main event of the night for the small promotion, which tells a lot about Frank’s star power. The fight only lasted 90 seconds and Frank was clearly feeling the pressure but he came away with a submission victory.
