The 14th season of The Ultimate Fighter ends tonight with the final two semifinal bouts in the first season to feature bantamweights and featherweights. For only the second time in series history the coaches will square off at the finale this Saturday alongside their fighters.

The fraternity of Ultimate Fighter season winners lost another member this week as the season three winner Kendall Grove was released following his UFC 130 loss to Tim Boetsch. The release of Grove marks the third season winner to be released, following in the footsteps of Travis Lutter (TUF 4) and Efrain Escudero (TUF 8).

Georges St. Pierre is the sport of MMA’s premiere athlete.  He’s one of the top three fighters who have ever stepped into a cage or ring and carries himself like a champion.  Lost in his current eight fight winning streak is the fact that he’s won 30 consecutive rounds.  He hasn’t lost a single round in his last thirty.  Amazing!

Round 5 Introduces Series 6 Includes Jon Jones, Joe Rogan and More

Today Round 5 President Damon Lau announced the release of the “Ultimate Collector” Series 6 featuring six figurines, representing a broad range of popular characters.  Included in the Series are current fan favorites light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones, Dan “The Outlaw” Hardy, and Gray “The Bully” Maynard, plus a UFC 69 Championship Edition of Matt “The Terror” Serra. Series 6 will hit retail shelves in the Spring of 2011.

The time is finally her, fans are starting to pack the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana for UFC 119. Headlined by former heavyweight champ Frank Mir and pride open weight champ Mirko Cro Cop. UFC 119: Matt Serra is public enemy number one

When Matt Serra walks to the cage tomorrow night he can expect to be welcomed by a shower of boo’s. The entire Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana will be on the side of its hometown hero Chris “Lights out” Lytle. Not only was Lytle born and raised in Indianapolis, he is a firefighter for the Indianapolis Fire Department.
