Todd Brown Replaces an Injured Thiago Silva at UFC 117
It seems as if the plague of injuries the UFC experienced last year is happening again. Most recently, Thiago Silva sustained an injury that has required him to pull out of his bout with Tim Boetsch at UFC 117. The UFC was quick to find a replacement though. MMAWEEKLY.com confirmed that UFC newcomer Todd Brown has accepted the challenge, with the fight just over a week away.
Brown (11-1) comes into the UFC on a five-fight win streak. Brown has fought in many different promotions around the country, but hopes to make a statement on the stage in MMA.
The bout will remain on the undercard, with Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen headlining the event for the UFC Middleweight Championship.

I have just bookmarked this blog. Keep up the good work.
