Before Dana White got into the post UFC 160 proceedings last night he made the startling announcement that Forrest Griffin was retiring. The original Ultimate Fighter winner and former light heavyweight champion briefly took the stage to answer questions and in typical Forrest Griffin fashion he was more comedic then informative.
The Top and Bottom Ultimate Fighter Coaches, thus far
The UFC heads into uncharted territory with its upcoming 18th season of The Ultimate Fighter. The long running reality series will feature women coaches for the first time, as well as both male and female fighters living in the same house while separately competing for a UFC contract.

Last night’s TUF 17 was filled with excitement and surprises. The second ever women’s bout took place inside the Octagon, a new Ultimate Fighter winner was crowned and Urijah Faber showed that he is the best bantamweight in the UFC without belt around his waist.

The fight card for Saturday’s Ultimate fighter 17 has been fully revealed and Team Sonnen fighter Zak Cummings was surprisingly left off the card. Well before the fight card had even begun to fill up UFC President Dana White stated that all 14 fighters from this season would fight at the finale.
