The UFC on Fuel TV 6 Macau, China card got a boost today as the UFC added two bouts to the fight card. Light heavyweights Thiago Silva and Stanislav Nedkov have been added along with lightweights Takanori Gomi and Mac Danzig to the November 10th event.

Silva (14-3) is coming of a decision loss to Alexander Gustafsson back in April at UFC on Fuel TV 2. The fight was the Brazilians return to the Octagon after serving a suspension from a failed drug test following his UFC 125 win over Brandon Vera. With just one win over his last five bouts in the UFC, Silva finds himself in desperate need of a win.

Nedkov (12-0) made his Octagon debut nearly a year ago at UFC 134, winning via TKO over Luis Cane. Visa troubles have kept the Bulgaria native out of action and forced his withdraw from a scheduled bout at UFC 142 against Fabio Maldonado. He will look to build off his impressive debut and try to keep his record untarnished.

Gomi (33-8, 1NC) hasn’t fared that great in the UFC, going just 2-3 with all his defeats coming via submission. Gomi will be entering UFC on Fuel TV 6 though coming off an impressive TKO victory over Eiji Mitsuoka back in February at UFC 144.

Danzig (21-9-1) is also coming off a win as he defeated Efrain Escudero at UFC 145 in Arpil via unanimous decision. The Ultimate Fighter season 6 winner has been alternating win and losses for the last couple years and is just 5-5 in the UFC.

Where both of these fights will ultimately be positioned on the UFC on Fuel TV 6 card is yet to be determined, but the card is rumored to be headlined by a middleweight bout between Rich Franklin and Cung Le.
