Matt Schnell from MTV’s “Caged” and Ryan Hollis battled it out last night for three enduring rounds at Legacy FC 14 in Houston Texas. Two judges scored the match 29 to 28 in favor of Schnell giving him the split decision victory. The Houston Arena Theatre erupted in disbelief. Schnell looked to lose most of the striking exchanges on their feet, frustrating him and forcing him to try his skills on the ground.
Though the new season of The Ultimate Fighter started tonight, Legacy Fighting Championship presented Legacy FC 14 from the Arena Theatre in Houston, Texas. The event aired live on AXSTV and featured an interim welterweight title fight between Jeff Rexroad and Lucas Pimenta as the current champion, Jorge Patino had to withdraw due to injury.

Due to a previously scheduled Arena Football game at the HP Pavilion, today’s UFC on FOX 7 weigh-ins were held less than a mile away at the California Theater. The small theater was completely filled with cheering fans and all the fighters they came to see made weight.

SAN JOSE, Cal. – Still recovering from Saturday’s UFC 148, MMAValor.com was inside the HP Pavilion for today’s UFC on FUEL TV 4 weigh-ins. A few of the fighters would need to step onto the scale behind a towel but all 22 fighters on the UFC on FUEL TV 4 fight card made weight.
