It's fight week so you now what that means, UFC President Dana White's fight week video blogs. UFC 142: Aldo vs. Mendes is in Rio once again and features 12 Brazilian born fighters on the card, headlined by the featherweight champion Jose Aldo defending his title against the undefeated Chad Mendes.

First of all, yet another episode passed without some of the more embarrassing house moments being shown, hallelulah! Instead, the episode starts with Dustin Pague giving a gift bag to a homeless guy that we passed every day on the way to the gym, what can I say, he was a genuinely good guy. Then even more Pague antics as he eats a cockroach for $60, I wasn’t impressed.

The events just keep coming. Following the Ultimate Fighting Championships network debut with last weeks UFC on FOX they'll hit PPV TV for Saturdays UFC 139 from San Jose, California. Dana White only did one video blog last week but he promises (sort of) to do more than that during the current fight week.

We’re back for yet another week of Ultimate Fighter action and good fun. This episode kicks off with the different groups in the house being highlighted, which was pretty accurate. I don’t really enjoy playing cards but at this point I was taking what I could get for entertainment.

The big week has finally arrived, the UFC will make debut on FOX this Saturday with UFC on FOX 1 from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Dana White and the rest of the UFC has been waiting for this moment and they are now just days away from seeing the dream become a reality.

Episode 6 picks up after the decision is announced from Akira and Dustin’s fight and there’s more heated words and disrespect between the teams but hey, it is a competition. This fight was a tough one for me because Akira was my teammate and “Beast” Neace and I were bunk mates and progressively becoming better friends despite his messy ways.

Episode 5 kicked off with Diego having another Diego moment, him having some words with Siler about their upcoming fight. Over the last few weeks I’ve seen a lot of people bad mouthing Diego for his behavior thru the first few episodes so I wanted to come on and say give the kid a break, you all have no idea.
