TUF Live Recap: Team Faber looked to retain control in Episode 5

Coming off the Miles Jury vs. Al Iaquinta bout last week that saw Team Faber secure their first win, Coach Urijah Faber selected Jeremy Larson of team Cruz to face Michael Chiesa of team Faber. Cheisa has been itching to fight since coming back to the house after attending his father’s funeral and looked to keep the control with team Faber. Larson was the last pick by Dominick Cruz and what better way to show it was a mistake then by winning back control for Team Cruz.

After another Injury, Tony Ferguson gets his third opponent for UFC on FOX 3

The Tony Ferguson curse has struck once again, as it has been announced that Ferguson’s second scheduled opponent for the UFC on FOX 3, Thiago Tavares has also been forced to withdraw from his bout with Ferguson. Tony’s first scheduled opponent was Dennis Hallman, who was forced out the contest with Ferguson due to a pre-fight injury, and now that Tavares has suffered a similar situation, Michael Johnson has stepped up to face Tony at the upcoming UFC event.

Previewing the TUF: Brazil Final 16 [Video]

Sunday's premiere of TUF: Brazil showed 32 fighters from all over Brazil stepped into the Octagon to fight their way into the first international TUF house. Coaches Vitor Belfort and Wanderlei Silva, along with UFC President Dana White watched on as 16 fights narrowed the field down to the 8 featherweights and 8 middleweights that will compete for the chance to become the next Ultimate Fighter.
