Rage in the Cage 148 Features Big Names

EfrainEscudero 200x300 Rage in the Cage 148 Features Big NamesThe Arizona based fight organization Rage in the Cage is breaking new boundaries into the New Year with their most stacked card to date. An extravagant fight card with everything you can ask for, big names from Pride and the UFC, women fighters / ring girls, and 20 fights that take place next weekend at Wild Horse Pass Casino here in Chandler.

Roland Sarria is a great fight promoter and his promotion is ranked in the top five worldwide for amounts of fights total. Also, recently the MMA rules in Arizona changed to unified rules and his fights have been consistently ending before the third round. The fighters make the trip to the casino worth it, and this event will not stray from the normal.

Efrain Escudero (14-2 MMA) who trains in Arizona at the MMA LAB is looking to obtain his second win following a swift and somewhat unwarranted release from the UFC. Escudero has only suffered losses fighting undefeated UFC prospects and has continuously put on exciting fights inside of the UFC and on season 8 of the Ultimate Fighter. Escudero is coming off of a first round submission in Yuma Arizona, and now is the main event against Jeremy Larsen (6-1 MMA). Efrain has also signed a multi fight deal to Shine Fights but has yet to compete for the organization.

Fight Legends Shannon Rich, Jade Porter, and WEC fighter Danny Martinez will also be on deck to provide the always rowdy crowd some great fight action. The 15 or so other fights range all over every weight class and skill set with some great fighters who have been showcased in our earlier RITC write ups.
